Adventure Guiding

Individual, small group, and family guided adventures and naturalist trips are available from 1-7 days. Guided trips can be from the mountain-tops to the sea. Hike, canoe, sea kayak (including roll classes), ski, fish, photograph, snorkel, camp, and learn about the natural environment. All programs are customized and available by contacting Zach for availability.

Past adventures have taken participants rock climbing and hiking in Wyoming, paddling the Maine coast, hiking in the Mont Blanc region of Europe, hiking in Alaska.

Costs
One-day adventure guiding trips start at $150 a day person with discounts for multi-person trips. Most trips also include all outdoor equipment as needed. If you bring your own gear prices can be negotiated. One day trips can be paid that day though deposits reserve your day and space.

Costs for long-term adventures vary slightly and generally include all food and lodging as indicated for ~$1,200 per person for 6 night stay. Costs also include instruction materials and local transportation during workshop programs. You are responsible for your own travel to and from but we will be happy to suggest travel ideas.

The first half of your deposit is due 60 days prior to the start of workshops with the remainder due 30 days prior. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before programs start.

Lodging
For long-term adventure programs - tent camping or local lodging is utilized to provide safety and comfort. There are separate men's and women's sleeping facilities sometimes with multiple people per cabin.

Meals
Meals are mostly family style local fare with options for vegetarians and most dietary restrictions - please confirm with trip leaders before your apply that appropriate meals are available. Many programs also include "special" meals.
